Safe Plate Registration: January 2023 Course
Please complete the following form to sign up for the Safe Plate Course. Registration of this form does not secure a space for the session until registration fee is paid. Deadline to register is January 11th to allow materials and exam to be ordered. Once paid, participants can pick up materials after January 17th to study ahead of time. Registration is $140 for books, exams, and any additional educational materials. You may call office at (704) 873-0507 for more information. Participant must to pay with cash or check to Iredell County. Please mail check to Iredell County Center at PO Box 311, Statesville, NC. 28687.
Classes are on Monday January 23rd and Monday January 30 from 8:30 am till 5 pm with Review and Exam on January 30. The class and testing will be held at the Iredell County Center at 4444 Bristol Dr, Statesville, NC 28677
