The Med Instead of Meds class series will help you Go Med by exploring 7 simple steps to eating the Med Way. Learn Med Tips, life hacks, and recipes that will help you eat the Med Way every day.

Participation is free and open to anyone in the Iredell and Alexander County areas, but registration IS required. Classes held on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning at 12 noon. The program will be recorded, so registrants can view at any time that is convenient.
