The West Iredell 4-H Club is a multi-faceted 4-H Club. Club members participate in a variety of activities ranging from science, agriculture, horticulture, fine arts, sewing, public speaking, recreation, and conservation . . . just to name a few areas. The club is open to youth, ages 5-18 (as of January 1st of the current year). The work of the club is to help youth members develop community service involvement, social skills, leadership skills, public speaking skills, and explore a large variety of project areas. Membership in the club is free, and families help with one major fundraiser per year. The club leader is Elizabeth Moseley (life-long Statesville resident, and active in Iredell County 4-H for 35 years).
