Two-day course teaches the essentials of food handling. $90 per person, includes textbook and materials. Registration forms available at the Cooperative Extension Office of at www.iredell.ces.ncsu.edu Class is limited to 25 participants. For More information, call 704-873-0507 or e-mail ann_simmons@ncsu.edu. 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Thursday, August 17th and 8:30 to 3:30pm Thursday, August 24th. Classes will take place at the Iredell County Agricultural Resource Center, 444 Bristol Drive, Statesville.
