Two-day course teaches the essentials of food handling. $90 per person, includes textbook and materials. Registration forms available at the Cooperative Extension Office of at www.iredell.ces.ncsu.edu Class is limited to 25 participants. Classes will take place at the Iredell County Agricultural Resource Center, 444 Bristol Drive, Statesville.
